Is this completely correct?

Three times Darlantan led three of the different chromatic dragon clans into traps, and their spirits were captured within the dragon stones. As the evil dragons were captured, the dragon stone with the trapped spirits would be taken north into the Khalkist Mountains and dropped into a bottomless pit

Sorry for the confusion. In the sentence I mean that three different groups (clans) of chromatic dragons were led into traps.
