Is this an idiom please?

Is this an idiom please and how would you correctly say this as I couldn't find it in the dictionary?

You really don't make it easy on your coworkers, do you now. You do everything you can to annoy them and make their lives living hell.

I couldn't find this part in the dictionary: You really don't make it easy on your coworkers

Is this an idiom or something a native would say? Is the rest of the sentence correct please?

Thank you so much

This part of the sentence: ''You really don't make it easy on your coworkers'' is not an idiom; it is just part of the sentence. The grammar of the sentence is not completely correct so I changed it. Here's a possible correct version: ''You really don't make it easy for your coworkers, do you now?
