Is this all worded correctly?

When the wizards were handing over the gate key of the Tower of Palanthas to the lord of the city, a seemingly insane Black-Robed mage named Andras Rannoch, who was in actuality the magical puppet of the dark archmage Fistandantilus, appeared in one of the highest windows of the Tower and told the crowd that no one could enter the stronghold until the Master of Past and Present arrived.
