Is this a suitable question to ask? What does the doctor know very much about?

Hi teachers,
This is for a listening comprehension exercise.
One question:
If this is what the students will hear: “I am a doctor, so I know a lot of about accidents and ill people.” Is this a suitable question to ask?
What does the doctor know very much about?

Thanks in advance.

"Very much" sounds funny there. I would expect "What does the doctor know a lot about?"

The prompting sentence is wrong: “I am a doctor, so I know a lot of about accidents and sick people.”
