Is this a sentence fragment?

For the following, is the second sentence a sentence fragment? I think there are supposed to be a couple of things wrong. Maybe a comma after "packages" ?

Thanks for any help.

Sentences:

We cater to your unique ideas, colors, and style. Therefore we do not have any standard “packages” but we custom tailor your wedding flowers to fit your wedding.

Missing commas do not cause a sentence fragment. However, there should be commas after 'therefore' and 'packages'.

I suggest you change "but" to "and."
