Is this a correct sentence?

"Instead of trying to find fault with everything someone else does, why don't you struggle to change it? "

Can you understand what I mean in this sentence? Is it the way natives would speak?

Yes, it is understandable. I think, however, that "work," not "struggle," would be the more common expression. You could also shorten it a bit.
