Is this a correct sentence?

Suppose Jack went to the laundry on Wednesday and told me on Friday. and he told me this. Can I say,'Jack said that he had gone to the laundry the day before yesterday. Correct?

Only if you are actually saying it on the Friday. Otherwise you'll have to change it to something like "Jack said that he had gone to the laundry two days earlier."
