Is this a correct sentence?

The passive of the sentence 'he was arguing with me' is 'I was being argued with by him', right?

Thank you very much for your response. What about this one,
'He came with me' to 'I was come with by him'? I know this sounds odd and possibly wrong. But I want to know what kind of prepositional phrase can be used as subjects of passive sentences. The first sentence is grammatically correct with the preposition 'with' and an object 'me' and I put the same preposition and the same object and

No, you can't say "I was come with by him" -- but you can change "He accompanied me" to "I was accompanied by him." I really don't know how to explain why -- we'll have to wait for someone else to explain it. Sorry!
