Is this a correct sentence
Hi, I'm not a native English speaker. and I need a help here 
is "The art of book." a correct sentence? does it have the same meaning as "The art of the book.".
If it's not a correct sentence, or have a different meaning than "The art of the book." can you explain it to me why.
