He might have been meant; How long does iPhone app take to be done?( Not sure If I wrote it correctly).
or iphone app takes a lot work and he asked how much?( Don't know if it made sense)

I'm afraid I don't understand yours either, Nugso. How do you "do" an app?

It seems like I don't understand either. Is not it like making an iPhone app? Maybe the verb "do" does not suit well in this sentence. I2m sorry that I don't get your question :-(

Hi,
Anonymous How much does iPhone app take work?
No good.

I suggest:

How long does it take to develop an iPhone *app?

*App stands for application.
