Is this a correct assumption?

I apologize for the triviality of this question, but as I have not learned yet how to separate the parts of writing, I feel the need to evaluate how correct my deduction is.
To the point...
"Not a movement wasted."
Am I correct in deducing that "wasted" functions as the verb of this sentence, and that movement functions as the subject, the noun, of the sentence?
