Is this a conditional sentence?

Is this a conditional sentence? Is the conditional possible with rather?

If I could have gone back in time, I would rather do it differently.

Thanks

Thank you, you said earlier it was botched, was it botched after your correction because, you don't usually use 'would rather have' in the conditional or because I had made a mistake?

I am wondering what the difference is between leaving in rather and not? Do you often see 'rathe' in a conditional sentence?
