Is this a compound-complex sentence?

I'm worried because I just remembered that I'm meeting my girlfriend for dinner soon.

Are because and that subordinating conjunctions?
If yes, I suppose "because I just remembered" and "that I'm meeting my girlfriend for dinner soon." are both dependent clauses. Am I right?

The independent clause is "I'm worried". Am I right?

Thank you. Your time is greatly appreciated. I'm studying using a computer software and it doesn't provide any explanations. This was the first time that I encountered a complex sentence.
