I understand this is an adverb clause. I appericiate that I could learn how to use an adverb clause.

I am far from an expert on the current labelling of clauses; however, as this group of words is the direct object of the verb 'anticipate', I am fairly sure it's not an adverb clause. Perhaps someone with more knowledge of this area will tell us what it is.
