Is these sentences grammatically correct

Through this project, I hope to develop and interpret the algorithms from raw data which enable us to analyse complex data from variety of biological and environmental samples. It would be a lot of challenges that we will face such as vast amount of signals, inaccuracy in measurement and instrument deviations. However, by developing novel method I hope we will able to reduce the discrepancy between data to the minimum.

Throughout this project, I hope to develop algorithms that will assist in the interpretation and analysis of raw data which are taken from a variety of biological and environmental samples. There will be a lot of challenges, though due to the great data volumes, complexity of the signals, inaccuracies in the measurements and instrumental drift. However, by developing new (data reduction?) methods,
