is this correct grammer

Apart from that, I'd say that 1, 2 and 3 are OK if you are talking to someone, say, over a game of cards With 4, I would say: We are not at the point where he totally trusts me.. Apart from that, I'd say that 1, 2 and 3 are OK if you are talking to someone, say, over a game of cards
