is there/there is

Hi

...no more formal a place is there.....

I wonder why "is there" instead of "there is"? Would it be incorrect to write "there is"?

thanks

no more formal a place is there.. I wonder why "is there" instead of "there is"? It's just a fancier and less common word order.

Would it be incorrect to write "there is"? No. You'd usually write . . there is no more formal a place . . or . . there is no place more formal . .

I could not find it anywhere.
