Is there [ Past Perfect Continuous ] !!

I'm sorry, but all these phrases can be fault; I need explain the odd tense.

He had been giving me back the book, and thanked me for lending it to him and said that he enjoyed it very much, but I knew that he hadn't read it because the pages was still uncut.
I had been putting that five pound note into one of me books, but next day it took me long to find it because I forgot which book I had been put into.
A women had been coming in with a baby, who she said just swallow a safety pin.
He had been keeping looking at her, wondering where he saw her before.
I had been thinking my train left at 4:30 and been very disappointed when I arrived at 4:30 and learnt that it just left.
I found later that I had using an out-of-date time table.
I had been looking out before I went to bed and saw a man standing on the opposite pavement watching the house
When I got up the following morning he was still there and I had been wondering whether he stayed there all night or if he went away and coming back.
He had been parking his car under a non parking sign and rushed into the shop.
When he came out of the shop ten minutes later, the car no longer been there. he had been wondering if someone stole it or if the police drove it a way
It had been 6 p.m, and Sam was tired because he had been working hard all day yesterday.
When I opened the door I had been seen a man on his knees. he clearly had been listening to our conversation and I wondered how much he had been hearing. when I asked him what he does, he said that he he had been dropping a 50 piece outside the door and looked for it.

yes there is! you can use present perfect continuous in these cases or situation

a) continuing past before a past action

i.e. i had been watching tv for three hous when i realized i was already late for work

b) continuing past before a past time

i.e Jeff quit smoking last month (that time) he had been smoking for 18 years

yes there is! you can use PAST perfect continuous in these cases or situation
