Is there different way use [rather]

can you tell which ones is correct? if replace training with it, easier for me, so I think all are correct

I would rather the training [it] had been at your house.
I would rather have had the training [it] at your house.
I would have preferred the training [it] being at your house.
I would have preferred having the training [it] at your house.
