Is there anything wrong with this text?

Hi,

I've come across this text on the internet and I am not sure whether the phrasal verbs (in bold) are used correctly.

Could you help me. Thanks in advance.

"Learning English to the level at which non-native learners can easily get their ideas across and feel comfortable with standard literary speech is a gradual and demanding process. To put it another way, no one can become a language expert through one night.

What comes down to the success of any learner, in my opinion, is his or her persistence and hard work. In most cases, innate linguistic ability doesn't come into.

So, as your tutor, who you can turn to for assistance or guidance, I'll give you some advice to create a language learning methodology as follows:

First, draw up a study schedule for revising what you have learnt at class. Going over your lessons regularly, without doubt, is one of the most effective ways to get hang of them.

Second, use context clues to help you work out the meaning of unknown words or phrases. So much better if you can make sentences with words or phrases that you find difficult to remember. In certain contexts, other surrounding words may help you grasp the significance that those words convey.

Last but not least, don’t be afraid to make mistakes. As the saying goes, “we all are human beings and we all make mistakes”, not giving yourselves a chance of making mistakes is refusing to give yourselves an opportunity to learn from experience and failure. No one will make fun of you because of your naivety or your curiosity but there’s always someone who is willing to laugh in your face when you refuse to improve yourselves."
