Is there anything wrong with this sentence

I am trying to find a job and in the process in writing a cover letter

I am wondering if this sentence makes sense to you

If you are seeking an individual who has excellent time management, who has excellent communication skills, and [who is as career-committed as it takes to achieve total success, then please consider what I have to offer.

I bolded the part where I am not sure if it make sense
