Is there anything wrong with this?

Is this sentence correct and the words used correct?

My door is off 2 of its hinges. It's going to come down soon. We need to bolt it back on.

It doesn't break any grammar rules. But it is not natural. Say eg My door is off 2 of its hinges.

It doesn't break any grammar rules.
But it is not natural.
Say eg My door is off 2 of its hinges. It's going to fall down soon. We need to fix it.

Door hinges are normally screwed, not bolted, to the door and door frame.
