Is there anything wrong with the comma usage in these sentences?

I can bring them to the Institute, to you.
Can I bring them to the Institute, to you?

To the Institute, I can bring them to you.

These are both fine. They suggest 'to you and not to anyone else but you'.

If you don't want this emphasis, say

eg I can bring them to you at the Institute.

To the Institute, I can bring them to you. This is a very unnatural word order. It sounds like it
