IS THERE ANYTHING WRONG HERE IN THIS SENTENCE ?

"I believe a man has a right to say "no" to joining the military if he finds that military is not been used for good and justice ."

That's what I want to express. IS THERE any problem ? and if there's any , can you show me ?
