Is there anyone you wan to talk to?

I was asked a question if 'who' or 'that' is needed in this sentence.

Is there anyone (who or that)you want to talk to?

I never use any of that but I guess 'who(m)is right.

Can anyone let me know if it's right?

Thanks in advance~

No relative pronoun is needed in your sentence, but you can use one if you want to. Is there anyone [who / whom / that] you want to talk to? 'Whom' is very formal.
