Is there any words like ''Angry'' in verb form

Hello, I have a big problem and that is how to identify between some adj words and verb words.
Because my main language doesn't have Verb to be. We can say '' I angry or you beautiful'' directly
so the word Angry make me confused , Why this word is an adj word ?

For example

the word worry is a verb and We can say I worry about you and ok this word has adj form

but

Why we can't say I angry you despite the fact the both words are explantion about speaker's feeling

so I would like to know the verbs word when I'm anry , mad , furious ,

These are also adjective........ __
