P e nt up, not pant up. Actually, pent-up is used more in the sense of I have a lot of pent up feelings. I've never actually heard someone say I feel pent up.

Emotions and feelings that are pent up have not been openly expressed by the individual who may feel frustrated because of that. [ I don't think that people feel pent up, but they can feel/be frustrated. ]

I have a lot of pent-up/suppressed/repressed feelings. A psychologist would differentiate between suppressed and repressed, but for this purpose I think it is acceptable to use either.
