Is there any problems with sentences?

Is there any problems with sentences?
Is there anything to change to make it grammatically correct and natural?

I always misplace my credit card. 75 percent of the time, my card is misplaced. When I have my card, that when I'm surprised. Most people are shocked when they lose their card. I'm shocked and surprised when I'm in possession of it.

The phrase "shocked and surprised" is redundant. Use either "shocked" OR "surprised" but not both. In my opinion.
