Is there any or are there any

hi everyone,

i have difficulty in using is there or are there.

For example,should i say is there any refrigerator or are there any refrigerator?

No there is no refrigerator or no there are no refrigerator

and also what is the rule of it using countable singular or plural and uncountable noun
