Is there any mark for the same?

Is there any mark to describe the same as the upper value on a table?
Japanese always use double apostrophe. It explains just the same as the upper so as to see the table easier.

Can you please show us an actual example of hat you are asking about?.

Do you want to describe the table? Or do you want to simply show the table?
