Is there any grammatical incorrection

Human
papillomavirus originated from the papillomavirus family of viruses. Papillomavirus
affects the DNA of a species as its genetic material and replication uses a DNA
dependent DNA polymerase. HPV that is the form of papillomavirus that is proficient
of infecting humans. HPV is known to cause infections by attacking the
keratinocytes of the skin and mucous membranes. As a result of this virus many
people end up with cancer, skin warts, or genital warts. There is a way to
prevent these results of the human papillomavirus but there has also been some
controversy regarding the solution.

There are over forty different types
of HPV that can affect both men and women. It is possible for people to not
know they have it or for them to confuse it with herpes. HPV can go away within
two years due to the work of your immune system. If HPV stays some of the signs
and symptoms usually appear as a small bump or a cluster of bumps in the
genital area. Their appearance can be seen in many different forms. They can be
small or large, have texture or not, and can sometimes shape as a cauliflower.
If there are not bumps another symptom can be warts. Warts can usually appear weeks
or months after having sexual intercourse with an infected person. Also you can
have warts and the infected person you had sexual intercourse with has none. In women symptoms can be seen on the vulva,
in or around the vagina, in or around the anus, on the groin, and on the cervix.
Another sign can be a wart in throat; this can cause trouble breathing or a
raspy voice. Other signs may not be immediately noticeable because it takes
time to worsen or appear.

Human papillomavirus is transmitted
to others through sexual contact and in very rare cases it can be given through
an unborn baby but that is extremely rare. It is passed through all types of
sexual activity, for example oral sex and vaginal sex. HPV can even be
transmitted in a same sex environment. Many people pass HPV on due to the fact
that they do not know they have it. In some cases of HPV people has had sex
with an infected person but did not contract the disease until years later.
Another factor people over look nonetheless should know is you can have various
types of HPV.

Knowledge and awareness about
viruses and diseases should push people to go and get tested or to just have
regular doctor appointments. Regularly going to the doctor can prevent or
decrease the effects diseases can do to the body. Men do not like going to the
doctor and this is a problem for prevention. For men and HPV there is not a way
to test for it. If a woman is current with her visits and takes care of herself
she could find out if she has HPV through a pap smear. It would be more helpful
to people if there was a test strictly for the detection of the human
papillomavirus.

There is a way to prevent HPV and
different type of cancer and that is to get a shot. There are two different
shots that you can get. These two shots are called Cervarix and Gardasil, both
are offered for women and men. Gardasil is the only shot that covers all three
of these health effects from the human papillomavirus. These effects can
include anal, cervical, and genital warts.
Both shots are FDA approved and is known to be very effective for
preventing cancer and other effects. These shots are done in a certain time interval;
it is three shots done over six months. If you happen to miss a shot the whole
process has to be started all over in order for it to be effective. There is
also a way to cure other effects such as warts. Warts can be cured through
prescribed medication or procedures done by a doctor. The warts people see on
their body can sometimes go away on their own.

People in society are becoming aware
of the effects and prevention of the human papillomavirus. HPV is becoming more
popular amongst people of any gender, sex and sexuality. There are many facts
and stats on HPV, there is even a website called HPV.com to spread awareness.
There is an estimated number of six million cases each year cause by HPV and
out of that number 74% of them are ages 15 to 24 years old. When this statistic
is broken down that will mean that every day 15,000 of these people are being
infected by this virus. Another important fact about HPV is with every 10 women
eight of them will be infected with HPV in their life time.
