Is there any body who can assist..

hi all
unix here i am not a computer programme.i am humen construct i believe, but weak in poken english i know lot about the spoken lang. but i don't know why i a not able to use the proper vocabulay and idoms and all that.
what should i do. and the worst part i learning american accent from last two months but i am still sounding typical indian to myself.
please do consider this as an serious issue.
and beleive me i am not in love but the language called english.
