Is there an idiom for this: you treat a friend nicely, but that "friend" treats you like dirt?

Hi, I was wondering if there's an idiom/proverb for this situation: you treat a friend very nice, thinking that that person is your best friend, but contrastingly, that person treats you like dirt.

Well, if they are nice to your face, and then talk badly about you behind your back, then we call those types of people "two-faced." Basically they act one way while they're with you, and then talk bad about you when you're not with them.
