Is there an idiom

Is there an idiom that goes like this: Children speak the truth/ What comes out of the mouth of children is the truth.

1 The truth always comes out of childrens' mouths. If she said it, it is true.
2 Children speak the truth.

It does not refer to truth; it is used when children say something perceptive intelligent or wise.

And frankly, little children lie all the time. What they don't do is tell white lies. They don't get the idea of "Lie to make someone feel better" but they definitely get "Say what you wish were true instead of what is true if you did something naughty."
