... chatting with a friend, after you've experienced something cool and you want to tell them about it? Like to inform/update them about the latest news? Situation: X has got a new boyfriend and wants to tell Y about it. They meet at a cafe and talk about it. Then the sentence would be something like "Finally there's time to ......"
