Is there a word that......

When we give someone food we 'feed' them. What is the correct term for when we give someone drink?

You can "water" plants, but not people. I think maybe you can water horses as well, but I'm not sure.

Haha, yes, you can water horses, and other animals as well. There is not a specific word for giving someone a drink, but you can "entertain" someone, which usually includes refreshments of some kind.

I can't believe I've never asked myself the same!
