it's weird, I am sure I heard it, "controly person" or maybe controlly, - someone who is bossy.. and I can't find it anywhere in the net!

In extremely casual, informal spoken English, people sometimes take another word and 'invent a temporary word'.
eg Mary is very interested in food, so someone might say 'Mary's a very foody persion'.
eg Mary likes to argue, so someone might say 'Mary is a very arguey person'.
Such expressions are not found in the dictionary, and I don't really recommen
