Is there a truck called "utility truck"?

Hi,Is that kind of truck used by the public utility?There is a kind of truck used by the electricians to install lights on the utility pole.Can you call that truck a "utility truck"?By the way, is there a phrase "private utility" in contrast with "public utility"?Thanks very much.

I have heard "private water companies" but not "private utility." If you use it, though most people would understand what you mean.

So, generally, "utility" means "public utility“. Is that right?
I saw these pictures. I found some utility trucks are just pickup trucks.
So I think utility truck can do lots of tasks. It can be used by the utility, or the families, or private companies.

Let's come to the next question. What do you call that kind of truck which is used by the electricians to install lights on the electricity pole? There is often a boom mounted to the bed of this truck. That boom can move and lift people high with a basket-like scaffold at the end of the boom.

No, not really. "public utility" means some infrastructure delivering a commodity that is shared by everyone; water, electricity, gas, etc.
