Is there a truck called "utility truck"?

Hi,

Is that kind of truck used by the public utility?
There is a kind of truck used by the electricians to install lights on the utility pole.
Can you call that truck a "utility truck"?

By the way, is there a phrase "private utility" in contrast with "public utility"?

Thanks very much.

No, not really. "public utility" means some infrastructure delivering a commodity that is shared by everyone; water, electricity, gas, etc.
