Is there a term to describe my relationship half-brother's other half-brother?

So here is an example: Alex and Barbara are married have a son, Colin. However, Alex and Barbara later get a divorce and THEN have children with other people. Alex marries Diane and has a son, Edward. Edward is Colin's half-brother. Barbara marries Frank and has a son, Greg. Greg is also Colin's half-brother. Although Edward and Greg share the same half-brother, they are not biologically related, and their parents are not married so they are not legally step-siblings. Is there a word to describe how Edward and Greg are related?

Not that I know of. If I was Edward, I would call Greg my step-brother. These things are not that well defined.

Oddly enough, a situation like this exists in my own family. My half-sister on my father's side and my half-brothers on my mother's side barely even know each other because various branches of the family ended up moving to different places when their children were very young.
