Is there a short phrase for this?

In English language, is there a short expression to mean that '(this event) will be called off when it is raining?'

Of course I can say it with rather many words. However, I want to say it in a short phrase, if possible.

Thanks in advance.

Add "(weather depending)" after the date and time of the event.

The neighborhood block party will be Saturday, August 6, from 1-4 pm (weather depending).

I would phrase that as "weather permitting." Emotion: wink

Yes, that too. More common choice - but the other one jumped into my head first.
