Is there a rule for this?

I've been noticing that a lot of words have slurred T,is there a rule for it ?, in the word visitors the T seems like a R :visiros and immortal seems like immoral , notice seems like norice

Per the other thread, "t" can blur into a weak "d" in AmE speech, while in BrE speech many people have very poor diction whereby "t"s are replaced by glottal stops (in some regions this is a legitimate part of a regional accent, but in others it is just slovenly speech).
