Is there a comma here?

Is example 1 or 2 right? I can't figure it out. Should i put a comma after women and before mainline, or have no commas at all in the second sentence? Thank you!

1.) It's the holiday party of the century. Men and women, dressed in there best St. John, mainline chardonnay near a lavish indoor pool.

2.) It's the holiday party of the century. Men and women, dressed in there best St. John, mainline chardonnay near a lavish indoor pool.
