Is themed a verb?

How would you say this because I'm not sure theme is a verb?
As the manager of the hotel, you need to know everything there is to know about the person the hotel is themed on around.

"themed" is OK in itself, but "themed on around" is not. I think "themed on" and "themed around" both work. If I had to choose, I would go for "around".

Am I right in saying that the verb theme is in no dictionary. I can't find it.

Many of the dictionaries http://www.onelook.com/?w=theme&ls=a give the definition of 'theme' as a verb.
