Is the wording, in your opinion, fine in here?

Upon my signature I hereby guarantee that I take responsibility for the foreigners invited, their departure from the country at the time specified; furthermore, I, if necessary, undertake to cover expenses related to the provision of health care to the foreigner, his or her stay in the Finland and return to the country of residence.

In saying that something is acceptable, we can say that it is fine. However, we don't normally use fine in that sense in negative or interrogative constructions.
