Is the word "always" in the right place?

1) The internal processes must be always prioritised OR The internal processes must always be prioritised.

2) The manager advised that inspectors must keep the internal audit always updated.

I would say:

1) The internal processes must always be prioritised.

2) The manager advised that inspectors must always keep the internal audit updated.

(Your original #2 is grammatically correct, but sounds a little stiff.)

If the verb phrase begins with a modal or auxiliary verb, "always" normally occurs right after it.
