Is the underlined sentence wrong?

"... The Unsullied have something better than strength, tell her. They have discipline. We fight in the fashion of the Old Empire, yes. They are the lockstep legions of Old Ghis come again, absolutely obedient, absolutely loyal, and utterly without fear. (Game of Thrones)

HI. Is the underlined sentence wrong? I think it should be "They are the lockstep legions of Old Ghis coming again ..."

Thank you.

It is rare to omit the relative pronoun and helping verb, but sometimes done for a dramatic effect. They are the lockstep legions of Old Ghis (who have) come again , absolutely obedient, absolutely loyal, and utterly without fear.
