Is the tenses of the following sentence correct?

Hi;

Tense of the first part and the tense of the second part is the following sentence same? or fitting each other? Is it ok to use "Co-Founding" in second part?

I'd also remove all of the capitals except the leading one.

Do you mean 'co-founds' or 'co-funds'?

This sentence is a part of a resume showing some skills. I need to write it in two separate part. I need their tenses to fit each other. I mean"Found" not "Fund" as in "Founder" I am ok with the first part but i am not sure about second part is fit with the first part tense.
