Is the tense used is correct?

My friend tells me, "I have shifted to new home at kanjur area. The area is very nice but here is no school or hospital nearby."
I say, "I am familiar with that area. I have lived there for 15 years. It is far away from main city."

Fact is I am not living in that area now. So which is correct to say; "I have lived there..." or "I had lived there..." or "I lived there..."

Yes, but simple past would be more usual.
