Is the switch from third person to second person in the same paragraph OK?

I remember another writer telling me that switching from they/their to you/your in the same piece is wrong.

So let's say I were (were/was?) writing a description for a product. Would the following be incorrect? Are there any rules about when you shouldn't switch grammatical person?

"We've designed the diary in a way that encourages artists to let their creativity loose. You will find it a joy to write or draw on the high-quality pages. You can order yours below or get in touch for bespoke colours."
