Is the shoes come or Does the shoes come?

Good evening to all EF teachers.

I am confused a bit.

What should I use in order to write the sentence grammaticaly correct?

Is the shoes come with box or does the shoes come with box?

I know that we must use "is" after noun and "does" (or others) after verb...

But the next word after the word "shoes" = the word "come" . Doesn't this matter?

If I want to make questionable form I shoud look on the next words after auxillary verb IS or Does ?

So the correct would be "Is the shoes come with box?

Am I right?
Regards

Try looking at it from the simple facts: The shoes are sold in a box.

“The shoes come with a box.” (Shoes = plural; box = singular.)

“The shoes come in a box.” (This format describes the selling method.)

As a question, “Do the shoes come with a box?” Since ‘shoes’ is plural, they ‘come’ not ‘comes’.

Put yet another way, “Is it true that the shoes come with a box?”
